Soy Sauce (Tamari, for gluten free)
Hon Daishi (just a dash)
Sugar (just a dash)
Thinly sliced cabbage and onion
Start by adding the Hon Daishi, soy sauce, white pepper, and sugar to the eggs and beat them.
Meanwhile add the oil, cabbage, onion, and garlic to a sauté pan over med high heat. Sauté till the cabbage is wilted and slightly starting to brown.
Then add the eggs to the pan.
As the eggs cook, flip the omelette over until the eggs have cooked through and serve.
