3 oranges, peeled and cut in chunks as shown. Remove the seeds, peel, and the pith in the center.
Put the orange in a pot.
1/2 cup white wine
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
Bring all to a boil, reduce heat to simmer for about an hour.
Ladle over some yummy goodness, like the roast duck I made last night.
