That's One Fine Frittata

This is a very simple to make, yet elegant frittata dish. It's perfect for breakfast, brunch, and, depending on what you put on it: anytime! Pair it with a nice mimosa and wow your date, just like you wow-ed her last night.


You will be using med. high heat, and turn on the broiler. Make sure you are using an oven safe pan!


First, sauté some sliced onions, in butter or oil, till they are soft, or you can go all the way and caramelize them. If you don't know how to caramelize, check out this video.


Once they are ready, remove them, then add your mushrooms and sauté a few minutes till they are cooked to tasty goodness.


Next up, add some oil or butter to the pan. Then add your already beaten eggs to the pan. You can move the eggs around so as to let them firm up on the bottom, but don’t let it set up on the top.

Then add your onions, mushrooms, (you can add cheese, tomatoes, pork rinds, camel hump, and whatever else ya like!) on top like pizza toppings.

Pop the pan under the broiler for a few minutes til nice, fluffy, and browned a bit.
