It Only Takes 3 Minutes

Okay, it really doesn’t get much easier here. This is the perfect breakfast for even the worst of cooks. And, you get to add a European flair to your breakfast...making you look extra special in your lady's sleepy morning eyes! What am I talking about? 

3-Minute Eggs

Skills required: being able to boil water, hold eggs carefully, use a salt and pepper shaker somewhat effectively.

How to Make Them:

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.

Slowly insert 4 eggs (or just 2, if you are sad and lonely this morning) into the water.

Start a timer for 3 minutes.

While the eggs are cooking, cook up a few pieces of toast. Then cut them into “dipping strips,” sometimes called “Eggy Soldiers.”

When the timer goes off, take the eggs out, place into cups, smack ‘em on top with a spoon, and take away the tops.

Sprinkle some salt and pepper atop, dip your toast in, and enjoy the golden goodness!
